Introductory Consultation   FREE

Free initial consultation to discuss your particular needs and to explain the therapies in more detail to you (not usually required for smoking cessation).  You are under no obligation to proceed with therapy after that.

Suggestion Therapy   £55 per session

Usually one session, used primarily for behaviour modification.  Extremely successful for issues such as smoking cessation, weight control, exam nerves, confidence, sports performance etc...

Hypno-Analysis   £45 per session

A gentle way of uncovering the original cause of the symptoms, which are having such a negative impact on your day-to-day life.  Emotional problems respond particularly well to hypno-analysis, and you can be confident that a release will be obtained usually between 6-10 sessions.

Smoking Cessation   £145 one session

One session approach lasting approximately one hour.  I have a 95% success rate, this is stop smoking hypnotherapy at it's best!

                       *A session is normally between 50 and 70 minutes*

Fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or cheque and please note a cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.
